Refund Policy
<p>The Seller offers 14 days return policy from the day the Client received the item. Refunds will only be made after the Client has returned the item within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.</p>
<p>Prior to returning the item, please contact us on contact@zealious.com and we will provide you a shipping address and guide you through our simple returns process.</p>
<p>The Client pays the return shipping costs to the address given by the Seller.</p>
<p>If the item has been opened, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund .</p>
<p><strong>The Seller does not accept returns for the following items :</strong></p>

<li>Goods, for which the price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the Seller;</li>
<li>Goods that are made to the Client’s specifications or are clearly<span> </span><strong>personalized</strong>. <span>Our personalized jewelry products are made to order just for you! We're unable to offer returns or refunds for those, however if you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team who'll be happy to assist you!</span></li>
<li>Goods, which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;</li>
<li>Newspapers, periodicals or magazines</li>
<li>Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery;</li>
<li>Sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, if the goods become unsealed after delivery.</li>

<p>Furthermore, a refund will not be accepted, if</p>
<ul>
<li>the item has been used</li>
<li>parts of the item are missing, including original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories</li>
<li>the returned item is damaged</li>
